For teams and MSPs
One purchase, several seats, a year of access.
A single purchase covers a named group of seats for a year — every exam bank we publish today, plus anything we add while the term runs, at no extra charge. Seats can be reassigned when someone leaves. No dashboard, no progress reporting — the same product your own engineers would buy individually, bought once for the group instead of once per person.
1. Price
| Seats | Per month, billed annually | Billed once a year |
|---|---|---|
| Team 5 | $59 | $708 |
| Team 10 | $99 | $1,188 |
| Team 25 | $199 | $2,388 |
| 26+ | contact us | quote |
All three bands are billed once a year; there’s no monthly billing option yet.
2. What’s included
- Every exam bank we publish today — NSE 4 (FortiOS 7.6), NSE 5 (FortiAnalyzer 7.6), NSE 6 (FortiManager 7.6), and CCNA 200-301 — plus any bank we add during the year, at no extra charge. This is the same content individual All-access buyers get; a team purchase doesn’t get a smaller or different catalog.
- A named band of seats — 5, 10, or 25. Each member signs in with their own account and adds the license key from the order receipt on their own Account page. Nobody is auto-enrolled, including the person who buys it — if you’re studying too, you add the key yourself, the same way everyone else on the team does. That’s deliberate: it stops a seat someone paid for from being spent automatically on an account that never signs in.
- Seat moves. When someone leaves, email contact@grindstoneprep.com and we free that seat so it can be claimed by someone new. This is the one thing an individual license can’t do, and it’s the main reason to buy a team seat instead of several individual ones.
- One purchase, one receipt. Billing runs through our merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax for you — nothing extra to register or file on your side.
- A 365-day term from the date of purchase, same length as individual All-access.
3. What’s not included
Stated plainly, not glossed over:
- No manager dashboard.
- No progress reporting.
- No stored scores. The product doesn’t save a score anywhere, for any buyer, team or individual. Each member sees their own results during a session, and that’s the whole of it — nobody, including the person who bought the seats, can look up how a teammate is doing after the fact.
If any of that would make this worth more to you, tell us when you write in. It’s not on the roadmap below because nothing is committed, but it’s useful to hear.
4. Roadmap
Available now: NSE 4 (FortiOS 7.6) · NSE 5 (FortiAnalyzer 7.6) · NSE 6 (FortiManager 7.6) · NSE 7 Secure Networking 7.6 · CCNA 200-301 v1.1
In progress: Security+ SY0-801 (CompTIA launches it 17 November 2026)
Planned: CCNA v2.0, ahead of Cisco’s 3 February 2027 changeover · NSE 4 for FortiOS 8.0, once Fortinet releases the exam
Beyond these: this isn’t a single-vendor shop. We keep a researched list of networking and security certifications, ranked by published blueprint availability and candidate volume, and work through it one vendor at a time. Palo Alto Networks’ NGFW Engineer exam is the next candidate under evaluation — not committed, no date set.
Every bank added while your team’s access is running is included at no extra charge.
5. Guarantee
30-day full refund, no conditions, for team purchases. If it isn’t useful within 30 days of purchase, write to contact@grindstoneprep.com and we refund it in full — no forms, no conditions to meet first.
This is narrower than the individual pass-or-refund guarantee, on purpose: we can’t check a pass/fail result per seat, because we don’t store any score, for anyone, on our side. If you’re buying a single seat for yourself rather than a team, the individual guarantee on the refunds page is the better fit and works differently — read it before you decide which to buy.
6. Buy
26 or more seats: Email us for pricing — no form, no obligation. Tell us roughly how many seats and we’ll quote a number.
